Able to host high-level competitions and championships, the 400m outdoor GFL International Track and Field Centre is one of only five that are certified by World Athletics in Canada. The venue is available for individual and team training.

Suspended over the Triangle gymnasium, the Haj-Ahmad Family Foundation Track is a 200m indoor track. The facility inside the Canada Games Park is the only indoor track in Canada that meets International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) / World Athletics standards.
